We proudly use DocuSign at Summer Hill Tax. What is DocuSign? It's a cloud based platform that allows us to request signatures, check document status, send reminders and view audit trails. Best of all? There is no paper, pesky printers or scanners needed - hurrah!
Encryo
We love using Encryo at Summer Hill Tax. What is Encryo? It is a file sharing service with end to end encryption, which means we are able to send and receive our clients files in a secure manner. These files are also easily accessed by our clients from any web browser or mobile. How good is that! We also use Encryo for security purposes in order to keep our clients sensitive information safe.
Dropbox
We enjoy using Dropbox as it allows us to share and access files 24 hours a day while working remotely. We are able to store our files in one safe space from our computers, and have the confidence in knowing it’s all backed up securely and safely. We also love that any changes made to documents and folders are synced across our account. It’s been a game changer in organising our work efficiently.
